Dude, so much AD here, why not clean them all?

Hello.DVD ejects every time - Arghhhhhhhh this is making me very angry! Every time I put my dvd (The Terminal) into the drive, shrink reads it fine, then when i hit the the button "back up" it ejects! for no reason! well ok so i hit all the features i want like "burn with dvd decyprter" and hit eject again so that the dvd is in the drive again, then i hit ok. then every single time it gives me a error that dvd shrink needs to close down, would you like to make a error report? wtf is this???? im so angry.DVD SHRINK VER 3.2Emprex DVD BURNER (if you know how to install firware plz help me)
